Director, Therapist
Samantha has been in the field of Mental Health for over 13 years. She works with children, adolescents and adults, focusing on overall well-being. She is a certified substance abuse counselor, and specializes in the treatment of trauma. At this time, Samantha is not taking new patients for therapy.

Sherrell Wilson MA, LPC
Mental Health Therapist
Sherrell Wilson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with over 10 years of experience in the field. She works with adolescent's and adults, focusing on individualized needs, coping and mental health stability. Sherrell is currently part-time at our office with availability Tuesday-Thursday from 4pm-8pm.
Autumn Gratz PA-C
Psychiatrist
Autumn Gratz is a renowned professional in the field of mental health medicine. She works with children, adolescents and adults, focusing on medication management as a tool in furthering progress towards treatment goals. Autumn is part-time at our office with virtual appointments only. Her availability is Wednesday's from 8am-4pm.
Kristine Kuehnle-Denooijer MA, LLPC
Clinical Therapist
Kristine is a very compassionate Therapist, working with children, adolescents, adults and couples utilizing a holistic focus, CBT and Person-Centered approaches. She is a Graduate of Spring Arbor University, and desires to gain a focus on Trauma-Informed Therapy interventions. Kristine is working Full-time with availability Monday-Friday 10am-8pm.
Kelsy Hoerauf MA, LMFT
Clinical Therapist
Kelsy specializes in whole-person therapy, considering relationships and symptoms. She serves adult individuals and couples, focusing on trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She uses a mindfulness approach with neuroscience-informed interventions like tapping and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to regulate the nervous system. Kelsy is currently working part-time at our office with availability on Monday's, Tuesday's, and Thursday's, from 9am-2pm.
Debra Strong MA, LPC
Clinical Therapist
Debra is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Master's in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. She enjoys working with many diverse issues and clients. She is trained in DBT, as well as Play Therapy and Grief/Trauma. She specializes in working through trauma via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and Grief/Trauma modalities. Deb is currently working part-time at our office with availability on Monday's and Wednesday's from 9am-6pm.
Erika Nelson LLMSW
Clinical Therapist
At this time Erika is currently on a Leave of Absence and is not taking patient appointments. We will update when she returns and begins accepting new patients!
Ashanti McNeal LLMSW
Clinical Therapist
Ashanti is an LLMSW working with children and adolescents. She is such a source of joy at the office, and the young patients love her! She is very passionate, empathetic and kind. She has significant history working with children and adolescents, and has a trauma-focused counseling approach. She is currently accepting new patients! Ashanti is currently working part-time at our office, with availability on Friday's from 2pm-8pm.
Alexis McCann PA-C

Alexis McCann is a professional in the field of mental health medicine. She works with children, adolescents and adults, focusing on medication management as a tool in furthering progress towards treatment goals. Alexis is currently accepting new patients for medication management! Her availability is virtual only on Tuesday's from 8am-12pm.

Lindsey Payne is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She works with children, adolescents and young adults, focusing on mental health needs, through a trauma-informed lens. Lindsey will be working part-time at the office, and is accepting new patients for in-person or virtual appointments! Lindsey's availability is on Friday's from 9am-4pm.

Heather is a certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist. She works with all aspects of patient financial records, providing timely response to questions about bills or balances.

Office Manager
Brooke is a welcoming personality, and assists patient's with their treatment needs. She works with scheduling, and assists with timely responses to patient needs. As the Office Manager, Brooke oversees office policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure patient satisfaction and confidentiality!
Carleigh Myers
Administrative Assistant
Carleigh is a welcoming personality, and assists patient's with their treatment needs. You can find Carleigh working in the evenings, be sure to say hello! She is a great asset to our team!

Derec is our Information Technology staff, as well as Maintenance. You can see him sporadically while at the office, as he is the one to help solve any technical issues and/or office needs!! We are always grateful for his help in finding solutions for business operations!
