About our Clinicians
Director
Therapist Bio: Samantha Pillow
I have been working as a Mental Health Clinician for the last 15 years. I am a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and specialize in Trauma. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples wanting to focus on improving their overall mental health. I am a Person-Centered Therapist, recognizing that everyone is unique and different, and treatment cannot go according to a cookie-cutter approach. I also believe that therapy takes a lot of work, both in and out of sessions, and will help to focus on building routines, improving self-care, and increasing the overall effectiveness of healthy coping strategies. At this time in my career, I am transitioning into a Director/Supervisory role, and therefore, am not accepting new patients for thearpy.

Therapist Bio: Kelsy Hoerauf
Hi I’m Kelsy Hoerauf. For 13 years, I’ve enjoyed helping people experience better relationships
with those they love and themselves. When engaging in individual, couples, or family therapy, I
seek to first understand the dynamics of the environments or systems involved. These often
include, county or region of origin, connection to the military, work environment, family norms,
spiritual practices, LGBTQIA+ identity, infertility, local community, and the presence of a
support system or lack thereof. I seek to understand the impact of these on mental health
symptoms including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I use a mindfulness approach to
help cope with life’s valleys. This encourages staying in the moment and not focusing on wrongs
of the past or anticipated troubles in the future. The present moment is often neglected, but when
noticed, helps recenter us in the now. When processing life and relationship difficulties I often
notice that the grief process occurs in many life transitions, including the loss of a loved one or
relationship through death, a breakup, divorce, a falling out or even due to growth. I realize that
we all change, sometimes by necessity and other times by choice. My goal is to partner with
clients to promote positive change in relationships with others and within themselves.
